We have an hourly rate of $130+GST for home users and $150+GST for business users.

We have a flat rate and do not have any extra charges during weekend or same day services for both business and home users alike!

Note: 10% surcharges may apply to the customers in Sydney CBD

We accept cash, credit cards and paypal as well.

A confirmation will be sent to you with the details regarding your booking to your email and your mobile via a text message.

Note:

Our clients comprise of home based users and businesses, from basic residential users to large companies and everything in between, we provide solutions for all!

Absolutely! We are ready and available whenever you need us, that includes weekends and Public holidays too!

Yes, we do! Call us before 10 AM and we will send a geek on the very same day to you.

Our geeks work from 7:30 am till 8:00 pm on weekdays and on weekends and on public holidays we work from 8:30 am till 6:00 pm.

Our cancellation policy states that the client must cancel their appointment with at least a 24 hour notice beforehand, failing to do will apply a 50% cancellation fee from the client. If we cancel an appointment, we will notify you at least 12 hours prior, if we fail to do so then the client shall get 20% discount in return.

Of course, We not only provide repairs but we also supply hardware and software and other peripherals you require.

Yes, we send our geeks to your location to provide on-site services at your home, office or business.

Geeks Sydney has a wide variety of specialists that the client can choose according to their requirements. Our specialists are sorted out into two major categories, Home specialists and Business specialists.

Note:

  • Home users can work with any of the two specialists according to their preference and requirements.
  • Business users must choose our business specialists as they are particularly trained to offer their expertise in business environments.

It is possible that sometimes solutions cannot be immediately provided on-site. In such cases, we might take the items in need of repair off-site to our lab with the customers written consent and email approval.

Our development services such as website development, mobile application development etc. are especially unique in comparison to other services that we provide because our geeks evaluate the clients requirements and based on that provide them with the quota after the analysis.

Our call-out fee is minimum one hour.
